Q: Do you have line minimums?
A: We don't have line minimums on anything in stock, but we do have a $10 minimum on the total order, and anything out of stock may have higher minimums.
Q: Is there a discount for volume purchasing?

Q: How do you handle shipping?
A: We ship via UPS, prepay and add. If you have a UPS account, we are happy to ship it collect.
Q: I need this part tomorrow. Can you get it to me?
A: We're happy to ship overnight on all orders received by 3:00PM Mountain Time.
Q: I don't see the seal I need, or I see the seal, but you don't list the size I need. Can you get it?
A: Absolutely! We can find any part you need.
Q: Do you ship overseas?
A: We have customers around the world and frequently ship to Asia, Europe, and everywhere else. However all orders shipping outside the US have a larger minimum of $100.
Q: I work in the Denver area. Can I come to your warehouse to pick up parts today?
